Bangla Words
A playful, level-based Bangla spelling app made for the moments when Kabbo wants to keep learning and mum needs a breather.
Kabbo is always spelling words and asking what comes next. It is wonderful to watch him learn, especially when he reaches for words that are more complex than I expect. I want to encourage that curiosity—but sometimes I need a breather too.
That is why I made Bangla Words: a small Android app we can play with in those moments. It gives him a focused place to explore Bangla spelling while I stay nearby without having to invent the next word every few seconds.
What is inside
The app is arranged in levels and introduces Bangla words through spelling practice. It keeps the experience simple and playful, so the words remain the main event.

Why this tiny app matters to us
This is not meant to replace our conversations or the fun of learning together. It is a little bit of backup for real family life: something useful for the moments when Kabbo wants one more word and I need a few quiet minutes.
Ad-based children’s apps often make the activity compete with pop-ups, promotions, and endless distractions. I wanted this one to feel calmer and more personal—an app made around the child using it, rather than around an advertising system.
Like Numbers, Bangla Words is a living project. We can add to it slowly, learning what works as we play.
Current release
The current Android APK is available through Google Drive. It is not installed through Google Play, so Android may ask for permission to install an app from your browser or file manager.
